Ann Keddie

Ann Keddie is an architect and urban designer. For twenty-five years Ann was a director of an award winning architectural practice that specialized in housing, landscape and urban design. A former member of the Victorian Heritage Council, Ann has lectured on architecture and urban design at both RMIT and Melbourne Universities. Since 2004 Ann has led tours for both tertiary students and ASA's cultural travellers. Her interest in the way places demonstrate the effect of topography, climate and history in determining both built form and cultural identity, inspire all her travels. From Finland and the Netherlands to Sardinia and Corsica, she delights in exploring the underlying aesthetic and physical determinants that influence the growth and metamorphosis of cities. When not leading tours for ASA, Ann is a consultant to government on design, planning and infrastructure.
